In an attempt to make the site feel smoother and faster we started caching the API briefly. Things seemed to be going fine, so we left it that way. Well, after awhile I noticed things were a bit off. Turns out it was making it so you couldn’t make posts, comments or upvote, atleast not easily. So we’ve disabled it.

    So that was why lol. I tried to comment using Connect, can’t. Thought it’s an app problem and tried 2 other apps and still can’t. Tried using the browser and yup, still can’t and I gave up.

    Yep, even a cache TTL of 15s is too long apparently. :/
